Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility Program

In a continuing effort to rebalance the manner in which mental health services are provided within the State of Illinois, the Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (S.M.H.R.F.) program has been established. The purpose of this program is to make available additional supports and services to individuals who might otherwise have been referred into the long-term care system. Rainbow Beach Care Center is committed to providing a comprehensive approach to psychiatric and mental health rehabilitation and offers skills groups seven days a week.

Services include but are not limited to:

• Anger Management
• Community Re-entry
• Interpersonal Skills Development
• Problem Solving Skills
• Medication Management
• Substance Abuse Treatment
• Individual, Group, and Family Support
• Vocational Skills
• Crisis Intervention Services 24/7
